Rogue River Labs D8 cartridge gives decent effects and fair strength

After testing out all the different cartridges and strains provided, Rogue River Labs delivers some nice, light, and elevating effects. In comparison with other D8 carts and brands, the strength of these cartridges is good. With Delta 8 THC, for the most part, it will give milder effects than Delta 9 THC. It definitely won’t give you similar effects compared to a dispensary grade THC cartridge. But these carts will give you some light, mellow effects after multiple hits. All of the cartridges felt relevantly similar in strength, except for the Delta 8 dripper. The distillate dripper does feel more potent but also more tasteless.

All strains give a flower taste, may also deliver harsh hits

Between all of the products I’ve tried from Rogue River Labs, they may give some nice effects but can also taste pretty harsh. Especially after multiple hits and sessions, or just long rips, but you will get a few harsh hits here and there. Delta 8 THC is known for this, but we’ll talk more on this subject later on.

As for the taste of these cartridges, they all give somewhat of a dense flower taste. Not the most tasteful delta 8, these cartridges give more of a flowery taste regardless of which strain. At least with their BDT cartridges, all these cartridges do taste more natural and far from sweet. Some strains may be slightly sweet, but they still leave that flowery aftertaste.

Rogue River Labs Delta 8 THC infused with BDT (Botanically Derived Terpenes)

As mentioned earlier, the cartridges we have are infused with BDT, and of course D8 distillate. Rogue River Labs also provides a different line of cartridges, infused with CDT (cannabis-derived terpenes) for a slightly higher price. But these BDT D8 cartridges do deliver a bit harsher hits.

White Widow (Indica) cartridge

White Widow might have to be my personal favorite tasting out of them all. Delivering a slightly sweet taste, this strain doesn’t give as much of a flower flavor. This strain may hit a bit smoother, but can still be harsh after consistent or long hits. Disregarding harsh hits, White Widow still gives a good experience and some fair, mild effects.

Twisted Citrus (Hybrid) cartridge

Probably one of the most flavorful strains, Twisted Citrus gives a decent, zesty flavor. Not as strong in terpenes, but out of all the strains here, it almost gives the most flavor. Just like the other cartridges, it can be harsh after a few hits and delivers fair effects as well. Because it still leaves a flowery flavor, the after-taste wasn’t as good, but the flavor is still fair.

OG Kush (Hybrid) cartridge

OG Kush delivers a fair, flower-tasting flavor. Although all strains leave a weed-like flavor, this particular strain leaves the strongest weed flavor. Great flavor for those who enjoy the taste of bud or piney strains. But some might prefer a sweeter flavor over the flower taste.

Super Sour D (Sativa) cartridge

Super Sour D gives one of the simplest taste out of these cartridges. Not the worst tasting cartridge, but simply a bland flavor. Not very flowery tasting, and definitely not sweet. I would recommend a little more terpene taste to this strain. Still pretty effective and efficient, but Super Sour D was one of the least favorite tasting cartridges I like.

Sour Diesel Distillate Dripper- Flavorless taste, good strength

Being the strongest out of all the cartridges, Rogue River Labs D8 distillate drippers give some really nice effects and strength. It could be depending on how you hit it, but I felt as if it gives more effects than the cartridges themselves. Another thing is, these syringe drippers are infused with CBT (cannabis-derived terpenes).

I should say, the taste on this dripper is very plain and bland. More so than Super Sour D, but Sour Diesel gives almost no flavor if hitting directly off a rig or some sort. If mixed with other dabs, or perhaps a joint/blunt, it is pretty nice. But by itself, it’s just flavorless, following some fair effects for Delta 8.

For its price, good dollar value

The price for these cartridges only goes for $14.99, which is pretty cheap for a full gram of Delta 8. The full gram D8 distillate dripper is $10. In comparison to any other brands, the price range for a half to full gram cartridge can go anywhere from $20-$45. You might even find some good half grams for around $25, but Rogue River Labs might be one of the most inexpensive I’ve seen so far. If you are price-conscious and looking for some D8, this may be for you, or if you want to try it and not waste much money.

Concluding Rogue River Labs review

To sum up, Rogue River labs Delta 8 provides a good variety and inexpensive products. Their full gram BDT cartridge is at a pretty good price, and their distillate dripper is at a lower price. They do deliver some fair effects for Delta 8 and can be pretty efficient. But the main thing with these cartridges is the taste, some might enjoy the weed/flower-like taste. Personally, I wasn’t a huge fan the taste, and also these cartridges may deliver some harsh hits. But disregarding that, the price for them isn’t bad at all. Eighty Six Delta 8 Cart Review – Smooth Hits, Great Tasting Strains

Eighty Six Delta 8 cartridges provide some great tasting cartridges, with some fair potency. Here in this review, we try two different strains, Strawberry Cough, and Purple Punch. Both delivering a good and unique taste, they overall give a great experience.

Eighty Six cartridges deliver smooth hits and great tasting strains

Testing both strains, Eighty Six delta 8 cartridges deliver a very fascinating taste. These have flavorful hits, and very smooth as well for Delta 8 THC. Not the strongest D8 cartridge, which may be why these cartridges hit so smooth. Although these aren’t the most potent cartridges, they give a nice slight and mellow high. Very relaxing effects, these cartridges really give an amazing experience, mainly because of the taste they deliver.

Eighty Six provides a fair choice of cartridges when it comes to strains. Blue Dream, Do-Si-Dos, Fruity Pebbles, Purple Punch, and Strawberry Cough. Trying out the last two, they both give an amazing and clean flavor. With just trying those two strains, I would assume the rest of them would be just as great.

Oil quality- Fair potency, but can be stronger

After taking a few hits of either strain, I got some nice and relaxing effects. As mentioned earlier, not the strongest high but still slight and soothing. With that being said, these cartridges give a slightly lighter high and a more tasteful experience.

As shown below, These cartridges only contain around 50-55% Delta 8 THC. In comparison to other D8 cartridges that contain up to 90% D8 THC, these carts may not be the strongest in the market. But a lot of cartridges that contain higher levels of D8 THC do end up being harsher.

Eighty Six cartridge- Strawberry Cough gives smooth and tasteful hits

Tasting exactly as the strain says, Strawberry Cough delivers a smooth and sensational flavor. Nice and light, and tasting just like strawberry, these cartridges aren’t harsh at all. The oil quality is clearer than the other strain. As for the strength, it does feel about the same as the other strain. But either way, this strain gives such a great taste, highly recommendable for anyone who enjoys Delta 8.

Eighty Six Delta 8- Purple Punch delivers light and flavorful hits as well

Delivering just as tasteful of hits, Purple Punch gives an enjoyable, grape-like favor. Also smooth and light, this brand of cartridges did a great job in infusing their terpenes, flavoring, and D8 distillate. The oil quality is a bit darker than Strawberry Cough, but not by much. As for strength, again they are both equal. Although I enjoy the taste these carts give a lot, I like the Strawberry Cough just a little more. It all depends on preference, but both strains are great.

Urb Delta 8 Dabs Review – Amazing Flavors and Potency, Thin Consistency

Previously on DabConnection, we tried the Urb Finest Flowers cartridge. In this review, we try the Urb delta 8 dabs. Urb Finest Flowers, which is the house brand of Lifted Made, provides a variety of products and strains for their dabs. Testing out all three of their different strains, each delivers a unique taste and experience. Furthermore, each flavor gives a fascinating taste and a potent high.

Pros:

Great tasting strains
High potency
Smooth and mellow effects

Cons:

Oil like, thin consistency

Recommendations: Mainly just to have different forms of extraction methods. The current oil/shatter like consistency makes it a bit sticky and messy. Otherwise, nothing, these D8 dabs are great.

Extraction Quality: Urb Delta 8 dabs deliver potent oil quality, thin shatter consistency

Providing a good presentation with their glass containers, I was excited about trying these D8 dabs. When opening each container, I noticed right away how thin the oil actually is. Without judging the quality or potency, I knew these dabs would be a struggle packing into a dab pen. And they were, it would get too messy and would be a struggle at times. After testing with various devices, I noticed that it smokes best with a rig or nectar collector.

Furthermore, apart from that, these dabs give a great taste and high level of potency. Especially for Delta 8, having reviewed many D8 cartridges before, D8 dabs give much nicer effects to any cart I’ve tried. Feeling almost identical to a regular high, but not as lasting, the potency of Urb delta 8 dabs really surprised me and every other pothead that tried these with me.

Surprisingly great strength and effects for Delta 8

After testing each strain, the potency and effects they deliver turned out to be better than expected. After just one or two hits, you will start feeling effects like a normal dab. Especially if taken with a dab rig or in mid-high temperatures. The effects of Delta 8 THC is known to not be as potent of a high. But, with Urb Delta 8 dabs, they do give a good high.

Urb Delta 8 Maui Wowie- smells neutral, but tastes much better

Opening Maui Wowie, I wasn’t able to smell much from this particular strain. The rest of the dabs gave a nice, sweet smell to it. So I was wondering if this strain might be a more flowery taste. I was wrong, Maui Wowie gives a great, sweet taste. Can’t really say what kind of sweet flavor it is, but it is pleasurable and very tasteful. Enjoyable to smoke, these deliver very nice effects.

Urb Delta 8 Banana Runtz- Smooth, sweet, and fairly light taste

As for this strain, it tasted exactly like how you’d expect it to be. Giving a smooth, light, and tasteful banana flavor, Banana Runtz gives a very satisfying experience as well. Personally, this strain actually reminds me of a Laffy Taffy banana flavor candy, or just any sort of banana flavor hard candy. Providing the same effects and level of potency as the others, I recommend this most to those who enjoy a good, fruity banana flavor.

Urb D8 Watermelon Zkittlez- my personal favorite

urb delta 8 — Being one of my favorite tasting dabs of the three, this strain delivers a great, sensational flavor.

Being my favorite strain, Watermelon Zkittles gives a fascinating taste. Great tasting terpenes, this train gives a great flavor, tasting like watermelon candy or some sort. Even just smelling it, this strain is the best smelling and tasting one, not just coming from me. If had to choose, I would go with this strain any day, but they all give great effects and potency.

Great strength, not the smoothest, but depends how you smoke it

If you were to smoke these dabs on a rig, nectar collector (which is preferred) or something at a high temperature, it may be harsh. It will definitely get you coughing, even if you’re an experienced smoker. With a wax pen, it might not be as bad. But, if you’re familiar with how harsh D8 distillate is on carts, than you may be familiar with the harsh hits. These dabs aren’t as bad as most D8 carts, but like I said, may still be slightly harsh for some. Especially for beginners and first timers.

Comparing Urb delta 8 dabs and Hometown Hero concentrate

Between the two, I prefer the consistency level on Hometown Hero D8 Concentrate. The biggest thing with Urb delta 8 dabs is they have a more variety of strains and flavors to choose from. The price is almost the same, but the flavors and strength Urb provides are great. Only thing is that it may get sticky and messy at times, because of how thin the oil is. But either way, they’re both potent and provide great taste. If these dabs are a thicker consistency with the same strength and taste, I would prefer them.

To sum up, Urb Delta 8 dabs delivers great-tasting strains, overall a great and well worthy experience

In conclusion, Urb delta 8 dabs are definitely worth the experience. Especially with the 3 flavors they provide, each of their strains tastes great and feels potent. Hopeful in the future, they make their oil density thicker or perhaps create a different line of extracts. Hometown Hero Concentrate Review – Great Quality Delta 8 and Potent

In this review, we’ll look at something a little different. Having tried the Hometown Hero Delta Red cartridge, here we look at Hometown Hero concentrate. With Rainbow concentrate being the only Delta 8 THC flavor, as of now, this strain delivers a great taste and high potency. For it being one of the first times trying D8 dabs, I really enjoyed the experience it delivers.

Recommendations: Have a variety of strains, otherwise nothing at all, this concentrate is very good.

Hometown Hero Concentrate – Thick consistency, very tasteful D8

What I enjoy about these dabs is their level of thickness and consistency. Similar to a crumble like substance, this concentrate is firm and holds its place. As you can see above, the extraction type they use makes it is a much thicker consistency level than a lot of other D8 dabs in the market.

As for the potency and taste, Hometown Hero concentrate provides great strength and an amazing taste. Very relaxing and mellow effects, the strength is definitely up there and can get you coughing. Along with that, these concentrates give a very fascinating taste. Smooth, sweet, and flavorful, it definitely gave me a good experience.

Hometown Hero Rainbow concentrate delivers great effects

With these being one of the first times ever trying D8 concentrate, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the high. But with just a few hits off a dab pen, I started feeling some nice effects. Even with one hit off a rig, I started feeling effects right away. Not as lasting as dispensary grade wax, but very great for Delta 8 THC. I should mention that for me, the high would usually creep in slowly.

Although the strength is high for D8, the high isn’t very lasting. This may be good if you just want a short and quick high. In my experience, I didn’t really feel as tired afterward nor did I get munchies as I would with regular THC. But the high is surprisingly nice.

Comparing Hometown Hero concentrate with Urb Finest Flowers dabs

Both delivering great quality Delta 8, but I would prefer Hometown Hero rainbow concentrate. Mainly because of its consistency, this makes it a lot simpler to pack. Urb Finest Flowers dabs do get very sticky and can get messy easily. Especially if you were to pack it in a dab pen. But other than that, both deliver great strength and taste as well. If anything, Urb provides a more variety of tasteful strains. But the level of consistency may be inconvenient at times.

Value: Worth the experience if curious about D8 dabs

If you’ve never tried D8 THC dabs or D8 in general, I would highly recommend Hometown Hero concentrate. Regardless if it’s your first time trying D8, or if you’re experienced with Delta 8, you will enjoy the experience this concentrate gives. Just because they’re in the middle or bottom of the list, doesn’t mean they aren’t good. Some are actually great and even my favorites, but they’re either pricier or needs some form of improvement.

Dimension 8: Variety of tasteful strains for a great value

Dimension 8 cartridges carry a wide variety of tasteful strains, these are one of the most tasteful delta 8 cartridges for its price. Currently, half-gram cartridges go for between $10.49-$14.99, which is a steal. The two strains we tried is Sherbert Chaos and Gelato Ice-cream, both very tasteful carts. Delivering a sweet flavor and with nice hardware, Dimension 8 gives some pretty nice hits. Not the smoothest, but they are 99% D8 THC. Whether you’re looking for something inexpensive or a good-tasting D8 cartridge to try, highly recommend these. For its taste and effects, they’re definitely worth the experience.

CannaClear: inexpensive, good taste

CannaClear Delta 8 is going to be one of the top ones, just because of the value and price of these cartridges. The price for a full gram cart goes for $15, which is a great deal. The potency of the oil isn’t the strongest, nor is it the smoothest, but the taste they deliver is pretty good. The strain we tried is Fruity Pebbles, and it really does taste as the strain says. Not tasting artificial at all, these turned out to be enjoyable to smoke. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for an inexpensive and good tasting Delta8 cartridge.

3Chi: Great hits, nice taste, and the most effective

3Chi Delta 8 is also one of my favorite cartridges I’ve tried. From the taste and the effects they deliver to the way they hit, these cartridges are great. The oil quality is a water-clear color and is pretty potent for delta 8. Actually one of the most potent feeling and effective D8 cartridges on this list. Not the smoothest, but still very efficient and effective. The price for a full gram cartridge is currently $34.99, which is a fair price. For its value, well worth the try and experience.

Hometown Hero: Smoothest delta 8, but the priciest

Hometown Hero carts are one of the smoothest D8 carts we’ve tried so far, on this list. These full gram cartridges contain 600mg of Delta 8, have no cutting agents, and only use all-natural infused terpenes. They are only 80% D8 THC, so they’re not the most potent. But with how smooth it hits and how good it tastes, these are very enjoyable. The only downside I found to this company is that as of now, they only carry one strain, Strawberry Cough. Other than that, these carts are great, well worth the experience.

The price for these is $50, which is actually the priciest D8 cartridge on this list. But because of how smooth they hit how great they taste, it may be worth the value. If you’re biggest thing with Delta 8 is the harsh hits they deliver, then I highly recommend these carts, they really are the smoothest D8. Along with that, they donate a portion of their sales to the Veterans within every purchase.

Custi Carts Delta 8: Fair effects, decent taste

I wouldn’t necessarily put Custi Carts on the top of the list, but this cartridge does deliver fair effects and gives a decent taste. Another thing is they give pretty nice hits, not much to complain about these carts. As for the oil quality, it does deliver fair potency. Would recommend it if you’re looking for a new type of Delta 8 cartridge.

The price for these full gram cartridges go for $35, and they have a fair selection of strains to pick from. Not a bad value at all, but I wouldn’t really say it is my favorite or first choice. These are worth the try and experience, but you do have plenty of options to pick from at this price range. With carts half that price, like Dimension 8(.5 gram) and Custi Carts(full gram), you may want to consider your options.

PurLyf delta8 cartridge: Nice effects and taste, hardware needs improvements

PurLyf D8 cartridge delivers fair hits and effects. Nice potency and interesting taste, the strain we tried is Blueberry Lemon Diesel. These carts give a nice experience, tasting more a lot like blueberry diesel. The price for these full gram cartridges is $34.99, which is fair for Delta 8. As of now, PurLyf carries 3 different strains for their Delta 8 carts.

The biggest issue with these carts is the hardware they use. Not the most effective, nor the most efficient. I felt as if the cartridge prevented me from having the full experience of the distillate. Once the cartridge was halfway done, it would keep getting clogged. Other than that, the distillate itself is pretty good. But again, the hardware really does prevent from getting good hits.

Urb Finest Flowers: Fair effects, but hardware needs improvements

With Urb Finest Flowers Delta 8, unfortunately, I didn’t get the best experience out of them. Having tried two different strains, Lemon Haze and Purple Punch, I kept getting light hits off both carts. One of them actually broke on me before even hitting it well. The effects are decent, but I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. There may be a slight chance that the hardware may affect it, but unsure.

The price for these full gram cartridges is $40, and they now provide a more variety of strains from the last time we tested these. The price is a bit high, compared to other brands and cartridges. At this price range, you have plenty more options. If anything, at this point with the price, I’d rather just buy Hometown Hero D8. My biggest thing with Urb’s Finest Flowers is the hardware they use. Just as the PurLyf, except worse, they prevented me from getting the full experience.

Delta 8 Hemp : Smooth, Tasty, Unexpectedly Strong

It is rare that a delta 8 cartridge has a strong enough effect that even the veteran THC vapers can get a buzz off it, but these Delta 8 Hemp (a brand name) pens actually came through! Recommendations: Perhaps using higher quality hardware, otherwise the distillate itself is great. Also, it would be nice seeing more strains.

Hometown Hero-D8 is one of the smoothest hitting delta 8 cartridges, and tasteful

Curious in that these cartridges only have 600mg of Delta 8, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Taking my first few hits, I enjoyed the flavor of these carts more and more. Smooth hits, as well as a soothing, sweet flavor. With it being one of the smoothest delta 8 cartridges I’ve tried, these carts give a great taste to it. Not that strong in flavor nor artificial tasting. Hometown hero Delta 8 did an amazing job with their terpene and D8 distillate infusion.

Authentic Lab Results

The information provided from their lab results shows that these cartridges contain about 80% Delta 8 THC. As mentioned earlier, this isn’t as potent as other brands that claim to have over 90% Delta8 THC in their cartridges. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any tests to see if there are any metals or pesticides. But regardless, these cartridges taste and hit clean. Not the most potent, but still, fair effects.

Nice oil quality and fair potency, but contains slightly less delta 8

Taking a look at the oil quality, it’s thick and consistent. Very efficient and can last you a while if you want to conserve it. Containing about 80% Delta8 THC, this cartridge isn’t as potent as other delta 8 carts that go up to 90%+ D8 THC. But with that being said, these cartridges still deliver a smooth and slight high. Not very lasting, nor the most potent, but you will still get some nice effects off it.

CCELL hardware, but cartridge works better with 4V+

Hometown Hero uses CCELL hardware for their cartridges. For the most part, I always have good experiences with CCELL’s. But, I kept getting light hits with a certain battery. Furthermore, I tried hitting this cartridge with the Vessel battery, and I’d get light hits. The vessel goes up to 3.6 volts. When I tried it with the Yocan Armor, I noticed a big difference. With the Armor having a higher temperature at 4V, it gives bigger hits.

Another thing I should mention with this cartridge is it may get clogged frequently. Sometimes occasionally, or maybe more often than not, but this is a common problem faced with cartridges. This doesn’t happen as much with CCELL cartridges, but it can still happen.

Hometown Hero Delta 8 – Strawberry Cough

As of right now, Strawberry Cough is the only strain provided from Hometown Hero-Delta 8 carts. This is a disappointment because of how good these carts hit. Very flavorful and smooth, Strawberry Cough gives a sweet taste. Because it doesn’t have any cutting agents and is only infused with natural terpenes, these carts give a smoother and tasteful experience. Great for those more into sweet and tasteful, terpene-rich cartridge and distillate.

Delta 8 is usually harsh, but Hometown Hero D8 isn’t

Hometown Hero cartridges are one of the smoothest hitting Delta 8 cartridges I’ve tried as of now. We have many more Delta 8 products and cartridge reviews coming soon, but as of now, these are definitely one of the smoothest D8 carts. The distillate delivers a nice, sensational experience that makes it very enjoyable to smoke. If you don’t like the harsh hits most delta 8 cartridges give, you’ll really enjoy these cartridges.

Value: Definitely worth the experience

The price for these cartridges is going to be $50 per full gram cartridge. This may be pricier than other delta 8 cartridges and brands out there. And there may even be other brands that are just as good and inexpensive as well. But because of how smooth Hometown Hero really is and the taste it gives. it is definitely something to check out.

Coming to a conclusion, Hometown Hero Delta 8 cartridges are something that I’d highly recommend to anyone. If you are in a budget and looking for something inexpensive, this may not be the right product for you. You can find good delta 8 cartridges that cost less, for around $20-$35. But with these cartridges, they may be worth the value because of how smooth and good they are. Can’t really determine if it’s my favorite delta 8 product, but it is going to be up there. In this review, we test out PurLyf Delta 8 Cartridge. PurLyf CBD is a company that provides not only a variety of CBD products but Delta 8 as well. From pre-rolls to flower, here we try their full gram Delta 8 cartridge. These carts deliver good taste and fair strength, but the hardware for the cartridge they use isn’t the best. PurLyf delivers fair taste and nice effects, but the hardware can use some improvements

At first, the presentation which PurLyf carries seems great. The packaging is well made and unique, and the cartridge itself looks nice. After a few hits, I started to enjoy the high it gives and its taste. Not that strong of a flavor, but still very nice and light enough to enjoy.

But after smoking this cartridge for a while, I notice that the cartridge itself isn’t the best hardware. It may look nice and hit decent, for a bit, but it does tend to clog up frequently. A lot more than usual, this can get in the way of enjoying the experience of these cartridges.

These D8 carts have good oil quality, decent strength, and fair effects

The oil quality in these cartridges are pretty good, they deliver fair strength. PurLyf uses CO2 extracted methods for their oil, and they do give some nice effects. Tastes clean and according to their website, they use all-natural terpenes.

PurLyf uses IKrusher cartridges, not the best hardware

Taking a look at the cartridge itself, I expected it to hit well because of its nice and unique build. Underneath the cartridge is imprinted IKrusher, the brand that makes these carts and hardware. After a while of having this cartridge, I noticed it tends to clog up very easily. A lot more than usual, this will happen so much to the point that it would get in the way of enjoying them. This is a bummer because I enjoy everything else about these cartridges.

Fair hits, but clogs up easily and isn’t the most efficient

As mentioned earlier, these carts do tend to clog up frequently, usually after using it for a while. When it isn’t clogged, these carts deliver nice and fairly thick hits. But the thing is the oil will get clogged through the bottom of the atomizer. At least in my experience, but distillate would go through the inside of the cartridge. This would either clog the airflow and the inside of the cartridge itself, or even the mouthpiece, as shown above. This causes a waste in the distillate and does get annoying cleaning up just to get good hits again.

PurLyf Delta 8: Blueberry Lemon Diesel

Tasting just as the strain says, these cartridges deliver a light, blueberry taste. Slightly sweet, yet it also gives a flowery taste with it. Giving a slight taste like the strain diesel itself, this cartridge tastes like blueberry and diesel more than anything. Good and tasteful, especially for those who like a fruity and flower taste mixture.

Furthermore, this cartridge gives a nice uplifting kind of high. This particular strain is a Sativa and doesn’t give down-temp high. Not as long-lasting, nor as potent, but Delta 8 doesn’t give that strong of psychoactive effects in general.

Fair strength, somewhat harsh but Delta 8 is usually harsh

If you’re not familiar with Delta 8, then I’ll first say that Delta8 does not give the same effects as a dispensary grade THC cartridge.

Another thing I should mention is, these carts can deliver harsh-like hits. First off, Delta 8 is known to be a harsher form of cannabinoid. With PurLyf, after taking multiple or long, consistent hits, it may be very harsh on your throat. If you take short and light hits, you’ll be fine and it won’t be as harsh. But regardless, consistent hits may be harsher than normal, compared to regular THC cartridges, even as a pothead.

For its value, decent and may be worth the experience

The price of these carts go for $34.99 for a full gram (1000mL), which is a decent value for a full gram cartridge. Worth it for the distillate, but the hardware itself really prevents from getting the full experience. At this price, you still have a variety of options to pick from. CannaClear provides full gram cartridges for only $15, and most good delta 8 cartridges will go for around this price.

Concluding PurLyf Delta 8 cartridge

To sum up, the effects these D8 cartridges deliver gives a nice experience. The taste is decent, but these cartridges can be a lot better with upgraded hardware. The hardware itself is the only concern I have with them, otherwise, the cartridge itself is nice. CannaClear Delta 8 Cartridge Review – Inexpensive and Good Tasting Terpenes

In this review, we have the CannaClear Delta 8 cartridge. Smooth and flavorful, CannaClear provides a variety of delta 8 products. From cartridges and pure delta8 distillate to concentrates and CBD products. Not to be confused with the Canna Clear THC vape cartridges, CannaClear focuses more on delta 8 and CBD products. Canna Clear THC carts are more of a mysterious company that we aren’t sure if they are licensed or not.

CannaClear cartridges deliver smooth hits and good taste, a great mix of terpenes

Not having heard of these, I was pretty excited and curious to try this cartridge out. After my first few hits, I enjoyed the flavor these cartridges give a lot. It’s fairly smooth and doesn’t give any metal taste at all. The main thing I like about these CannaClear-D8 carts the most is the taste over anything.

Nice oil quality and fair strength for it being delta 8

At first glance, the oil color does look pretty clear. Fair quality and smokes pretty good. Taking a closer look, you can see the oil color is slightly yellow. A very light gold color, not that noticeable, but smokes well. After taking a few hits, you do get some nice effects for a short period of time. Not the most potent delta 8 I’ve tried, but still pretty nice.

As for the effects, it does creep in slowly and smoothly. If you’ve ever tried delta 8, you’ll know the effects of delta 8 and that it’s not nearly close to a high from a dispensary grade cartridge. But either way, you do get a slight mellow high from these carts.

CannaClear Delta 8 – Fruity Pebbles gives a good taste, identical to the strain itself

Unsure of what to expect from this strain, Fruity Pebbles turned out to taste good and deliver smooth hits. Just as the strain says, it really does taste like the cereal itself. Somewhat light in flavor and, you can definitely taste the terpene and distillate mixture. If you like Fruity Pebbles cereal, you will enjoy this cartridge a lot.

Lab Results – Tested clean of pesticides, residual solvents, and heavy metals

Providing a variety of different tests, CannaClear-D8 shows to be clean. This is great for those skeptical about these cartridges. For myself as well, I’ve never had the best experience with this strain in a cart. My past Fruity Pebbles cartridge experience came from an unreliable source and an unregistered cartridge company. But this brand actually has different forms of testing, from pesticide and residual solvents to heavy metals. You can find all of their lab results and tests here.

Smooth, light hits, but harsh when taking consistent or bigger hits

If you’ve smoked delta 8 before, you know that after taking long, or consistent hits, it can be very harsh on your throat. Especially if you’re a beginner or you haven’t smoked delta 8 before. Delta8 THC has been known to be a harsher form of cannabinoid. With that being said, these carts do give fairly smooth hits when taking shorter or light hits. If you’re a regular smoker, you can take longer hits and be fine. But even as a heavy stoner, you will still get harsh hits with delta 8 cartridges in general.

CannaClear-D8 uses Ikonic labs cartridges

Unique in design and pretty effective and efficient, CannaClear uses IKonic labs hardware for their cartridge. Feels smooth and comfortable, and overall has a nice build design. As for its performance, it hits fair and smooth, nothing much to complain about here. It might be nice if they use CCELL hardware, but I didn’t have any problems with these carts at all.

Decent effects and a gradual high, not as lasting nor potent, but still good

CannaClear cartridges come in over 90% Delta 8 THC. After taking multiple hits, you may get a good buzz off it, but it won’t get you stoned like a dispensary grade THC cartridge. Delta 8, in general, doesn’t give a potent enough high like that with a THC cartridge, most don’t. But for delta 8, these carts do deliver a nice and mellow high.

Here we have Dimension 8 Delta 8 half gram cartridges. Dimension 8 seems to be a sub-brand of the company PuroCannagars, which sells a variety of delta 8 products. From products like cigars, pre-rolls, and concentrate, to cartridges. In this review, we have two different strains of cartridges. Furthermore, here we describe our experience and our view of their pros and cons.

Dimension 8 cartridges are one of the best tasting delta 8 carts I’ve tried, so far

Every time I encounter a new Delta 8 cartridge, I’m never too sure what to expect out of it. Having various, previous experiences on them, they either turn out tasteful with fair strength, or sometimes they deliver a bad, harsh taste or just aren’t potent at all.

But, after the first few with Dimension 8 cart, I really enjoy how tasteful these actually are. Very smooth and flavorful, at the same time these carts deliver pretty nice effects. As of now, these so far are one of my favorite tasting cartridges that give clean hits. Overall, a really nice experience for the user.

Thick and clear oil quality, fairly potent

The oil quality on Dimension 8 cartridges are pretty good. Nice and thick, and has a clear water-like color like most of the other delta8 carts I’ve previously tried. Sometimes, delta 8 distillate comes in lighter yellow oil color, but for the most part, it’s a clear color. As for strength, these cartridges are fairly decent and delivers a nice high. Pretty good compared to all delta 8 products I’ve tried.

Dimension 8 delivers fair effects and strength for Delta 8

If you’ve ever tried delta 8, you know how the effects that it delivers. Not everyone will have the same experience, but delta 8 THC gives a way lighter high than a dispensary-grade THC cartridge will. If you’re looking for something to get stoned and just that, I wouldn’t really recommend delta 8. All delta8 carts I’ve tried don’t really get me baked at all. Rather they give a mellow and, lighter, and shorter high in my experience. Yes, you will feel some effects after a few hits, but as mentioned earlier, not nearly as potent as THC distillate. Compared to other delta 8 cartridges I’ve tried, these ones give pretty good effects. Not as lasting nor as potent of course, but for delta 8 it’s decent and a fairly nice experience.

Sherbert Chaos gives an amazing, sweet taste

dimension 8 — Both strains deliver amazing flavor, hard to say which one is better because of how good both taste.

When taking my first hit, the first thing I enjoyed right away is the taste this specific strain delivers. For those familiar with this strain or its family, But this flavor gives a very nice, sweet taste, not artificial at all nor does it taste like metals. This cart is made through C02 extracted cannabis-derived terpenes (according to their website). But overall, sherbert chaos gives a good sweet flavor, very enjoyable to smoke.

Gelato Ice Cream gives a lighter, but still sweet taste

As with this strain, it gives a nice, smooth flavor. Gelato ice cream gives is a bit of a lighter taste in sweetness than the Sherbert Chaos. Still very enjoyable, It did also give somewhat of a flowery taste, which I enjoyed a lot. I personally prefer this strain over Sherbert Chaos, but they’re both very good. Between the two, I personally like this strain a little better, but it all depends on ones’ preference.

Dimension 8 delivers smooth hits, but Delta 8, in general, is usually harsh

For these carts being delta8, these do deliver fairly smooth hits. But I should warn you, especially if you haven’t tried delta 8 before, they can be harsh. Either when taking consistent hits or overall long hits, they will give a harsh hit on your throat if you’re not used to it. Delta 8 is known a harsh form of cannabinoid. So if you ever get a harsh hit that either gives you bad cotton-mouth or sore throat, this is be normal.

These carts uses CCELL hardware, very efficient and durable

For these carts being half grams, they surprisingly lasted me over a week. Of course, it will always depend on one’s tolerance. Personally, I may have a high tolerance but with delta 8 I don’t usually take consistent hits as I do with a dispensary grade THC cartridge. Furthermore, if you are an occasional smoker and/or want to make these last, it can be pretty easy to conserve. Dimension 8 does use CCELL M6T hardware, very efficient and effective carts.

Because of the fact I enjoy both strains a lot, all strains most likely taste just as great.

Custi Carts Delta 8 cartridges deliver good effects, fair strength, and nice taste

custi cartrs delta 8 — Having tried delta 8 cartridges before, Cust Carts do hit pretty smooth. The strength is decent, and the flavor tastes alright. Something to note is the oil bubble it has, this is the cartridge before even hitting it.

Having tried Delta 8 cartridges previously, I was looking forward and curious about trying this cartridge. For those who don’t know, all Delta 8 really is, it’s a form of cannabinoid, abundant in the cannabis hemp plant. It does give a different kind of high, different as in a lighter high in my experience. But it still delivers decent effects.

With that being said, after taking a few hits, I did enjoy the experience it provides. Custi Carts deliver slightly smoother hits, compared to other delta8 cartridges. But the taste on this cartridge is a smooth, light, and tasteful flavor. With just a few hits, you can feel a nice, slight buzz.

Oil quality is fairly thick and slightly clear, delivers nice effects

Delta8 usually comes in the color of a clear water-like substance. Thick in consistency, Custi Carts are slightly yellow in color, not that dark but not fully clear. The oil is pretty thick, not the densest distillate I’ve seen, but still pretty thick. Much thicker than a lot of street cartridges out in the black market. Either way, the oil quality gives a nice high.

Custi Cartridges Mac 1 delivers a light sweet taste

custi carts delta 8 — This particular strain gives a nice, slightly sweet taste to it. Not very strong in flavor, but still okay and smooth.

The strain that we picked up for Custi Carts is Mac 1. This strain gives a nice, smooth, and sweet taste to it. A great mix of terpenes, not too dense in taste nor does it taste artificial. The only thing is that it is somewhat harsh, but it’s the Delta 8 that is harsh not exactly the strain/cartridge.

Hits are somewhat smooth yet slightly harsh, but so is Delta 8

When vaping this cartridge, or Delta 8 in general, I’ll usually get a slight harsh feeling on my throat. Not the type of harsh feeling you get after taking long hits, but an uncomfortable feeling one. If you’re new to delta8, this may worry you a bit, I know it did for me. But after some research, I’ve found that delta8 usually leaves this slight harsh feeling, for the most part. It’s not a terribly harsh feeling, it’s bearable, you just have to get used to it.

1ML cartridge is very efficient, oil burns smoothly

The duration of this cartridge is great. Really good for someone looking for a cartridge that they can hold onto for a while. Of course, it always depends on how often you smoke and your tolerance. But if you’re a moderate smoker and only take a few hits per session, you can make this cart last a good while.

Great effects and fair strength, nice slight high

First off, the effects of delta 8 are not the same as a regular THC cartridge that you’d pick up from a dispensary. In my experience, it does not feel as potent nor does it last as long. But, Cust Carts do give a nice, light high. Pretty mellow and you won’t usually get really baked like you would with a quality cartridge.

Hardware delivers just okay hits, unsure if it’s authentic CCELL

At first glance, I actually thought that these cartridges use CCELL hardware. But after taking a few hits and taking a closer look, I started to doubt that it actually is. It could be just my cartridge I got, but there is very little information on the company as I write this post. After my first few hits, I realized it hits a little lighter than most CCELL cartridges. Along with that, they have no form of imprints underneath the cartridge itself. Still delivers good hits, but just not as strong hitting nor thick smoke.

Custi Carts vs 3Chi Delta 8 cartridges

Both have good taste and both deliver nice effects. But if I had to choose, I prefer the way 3Chi cartridges. Maybe it’s because 3Chi actually uses CCELL cartridges, but they do deliver thicker hits. The strength and effects on both are great, but I think the strength of 3Chi is slightly higher. As for taste, they both deliver a nice sweet taste. Custi carts taste a little less in flavor, whereas with 3Chi you can taste more of a sweet flavor.

Custi Cartridges vs Urb Finest Flowers cartridges

In comparison to both, I much prefer Custi Cartridges over Urb Finest Flowers cartridges. For one, Urb doesn’t use the best hardware for their cartridges. They provided very light hits, and one of the cartridges I tested actually broke on me within my first few hits. The taste wasn’t that great and strength is alright, but I wouldn’t like how light it hits. I felt as if I couldn’t even get the full experience because of the cartridge hardware.

Concluding our Custi Carts delta 8 cartridge review

Cust Carts is something nice to try out if you’re interested in Delta8 or if you already like it and looking for something new to try. I like to say delta8carts are a great alternative, for maybe something lighter than a dispensary cartridge or even something better than a sketchy cart. Delta 8 THC is a cannabinoid found in cannabis, being one of the four most abundant cannabinoids in the cannabis plant. It has recently garnered a huge amount of publicity because it is found in hemp, including hemp that has less than 3% traditional (delta 9) THC. Therefore it is still considered legal in certain parts of the US.

Chemistry differences of Delta 8

The difference between regular THC and Delta 8 is merely one of a few atoms of the molecule swapped around, specifically a shift of the bond between carbon atoms. Hence the name, a chemistry term to indicate molecule construction. Despite being almost identical in components to the THC molecule, Delta 8 THC carries little of the same psychoactive effects.

While CBD and THC bind to two different cannabinoid receptors, Delta 8 binds to both. Because of molecular similarity, both CBD and Delta 9 THC can be converted into Delta 8 by chemical reactions such as heat, catalysts, altered pH environments, or solvents. THC stored for long periods of time even naturally degrades into Delta 8.

Delta 8 does have mild psychoactive effects

It is difficult to find objective reviewers at this point, but the consensus so far is that delta 8 does have a small psychoactive effect that is stronger than CBD. CBD is known to have variable effects from one user to another; some report no effects, some feel a “body high” parallel to the Entourage Effect but without the “stoned” high of THC, and some report very mild psychoactive effects as well.

Likewise, effects vary with Delta 8 THC. Generally, Delta 8 seems to hit people as mildly stronger than CBD, but no more than half the strength of regular THC. Since Delta 8 has always been in the plant, there is no reason to assume that it does anything radically different just because people recently found out about it. If you have smoked hemp, or vaped or otherwise consumed any hemp-based product, you have already tried Delta 8.

As time has gone on, delta 8 has become a much hotter commodity. With its increasing popularity, extraction techniques have been developed which can concentrate delta 8 to the point where it has definite potency and psychoactive effects, though still not more than about half of regular THC (known as “delta 9”). Typical users report a milder “high” that wears off faster than a full-on cannabis session.

Medical effects of Delta 8

Delta 8 is also believed to have medical benefits, although research is still in the early stages. Delta 8, like CBD, is believed to help combat panic, anxiety, and nausea. It is also believed to stimulate the appetite and act as a pain reliever.

Delta 8 THC in extract

However, like any cannabinoid extracted from cannabis, Delta 8 can be extracted, concentrated, distilled, and isolated to raise its potency in a vape cartridge. Selective breeding of cannabis plants can also produce plants higher in Delta 8. This tends to magnify the effects, but users should be advised that Delta 8 under any concentration never has the same effect or potency as regular THC.

Delta 8 concentrate is often, but not always, clear like water, but is still an oil-based concentrate. Like any cannabis extract, terpenes may be present or added. More recent delta 8 carts have taken to a tawny yellow color more typical of THC cartridges. Here’s some more perspective on the differences between delta 8 and regular THC:

Legality of Delta 8

In states where hemp and hemp-derived products are legal, Delta 8 THC is also legal. The federal Obama 2014 Farm Bill and its 2018 extension allows for the industrial and commercial production of hemp, according to individual state laws.

Within the US states, Delta 8 is legal in all except these eleven states:

Alaska
Arizona
Arkansas
Colorado
Delaware
Idaho
Iowa
Mississippi
Montana
Rhode Island
Utah

This is either due to new legislation introduced specifically to prohibit Delta 8, or existing prohibition already in place against hemp and hemp-derived products. Like CBD, Delta 8 may still be legal for medical use with physician authorization.

In recreational-legal states, of course, Delta 8 is legal like any other cannabinoid.

Here we review the URB Finest Flowers, Delta 8 THC cartridge. These carts turned out to deliver nice and smooth effects, but there are some improvements that can be made. The cartridge itself delivers very light hits, preventing you from getting the full experience of the URB. One of the cartridges actually broke on me before even getting a good experience of that strain. Furthermore, in this review, we describe our experience and its value.

URB Finest Flowers Delta-8 THC cartridges deliver fair effects, but very light hits

urb 8 — Unfortunately, these carts deliver very light hits, regardless of what kind of battery you use.

After taking a few hits of these carts, I was a bit disappointed with its performance. Not saying that the oil from the cart is bad, but as to the cartridge itself, it doesn’t use the best hardware. Every time I kept taking a hit, it would usually deliver subtle hits. This can be a good thing if you prefer taking light hits or even to conserve your oil. But you can’t take any big hits nor will it vape thick clouds. I changed it to multiple batteries that go from 2-3.5 volts and still couldn’t get great hits.

At first, I thought URB Finest Flowers use CCELL cartridge. But taking a closer look at, I found no imprints underneath and it just seemed a bit different than an original CCELL. Also, after taking a few hits, it didn’t deliver nearly as good as a CCELL cartridge would.

Thick and clear oil quality delivers fair strength

The quality of oil looks great on these URB cartridges. Very thick, nice clear color and doesn’t move easily. After taking a few hits, you get nice effects that creep up on you. The effects and strength may depend on your tolerance, but for me, I didn’t feel it was as potent. I felt as if I had to smoke this cart consistently to get good effects. This could be because of how light these cartridges hit.

If you haven’t tried Delta 8 THC before, I should say it isn’t going to be nearly as strong as a regular THC cartridge. But having tried Delta 8 previously, I felt as if these carts didn’t deliver high potency. Still good strength and effects, but just not up there.

URB Finest Flowers provides authentic lab results

The good thing about URB Finest Flowers is they provide clean lab results. Being around 83% Delta 8 THC, as shown above, URB doesn’t seem to have delta 9 nor active THC. On their website, you can find a variety of lab results not just for their cartridges, but all their other products as well.

Lemon Haze – Not the best tasting

We picked up two different strains from URB, Lemon Haze and Purple Punch. The Lemon Haze is a sweet Sativa and it does give good effects. A nice, unexpected yet mellow high. But I didn’t enjoy the taste of this cart as much. Hoping and expecting a lemony, zest like flavor, these carts delivered an unsatisfying taste. Hard to explain, it just gives kind of a plain taste and it’s a bit unpleasant. Nothing that terrible, it’s still bearable and gets you high. But, the strain didn’t live much to its taste.

Purple Punch – Couldn’t try due to cartridge breaking

urb8 delta8 — This URB Finest Flowers cartridge ended up breaking, preventing me to take any hits at all.

Unfortunately, without getting the full experience of the Purple Punch indica strain, the bottom of the cartridge fell off. This caused the cartridge to fully break and not hit at all. All I did was simply screw the cartridge to my 510 battery, took 2 hits and it started hitting light. So then I just unscrewed the cartridge from the battery and the bottom piece came apart with it, as shown above.

This may be frustrating because when exchanging oil into another cartridge, you’ll lose some oil. This URB cartridge is plastic and doesn’t open as easily. I ended up wasting nearly half a gram of oil.

Fairly efficient cartridge, oil burns slowly

Something I like about these carts is how long they lasted me. Maybe it’s because of how light this cartridge hits and burns, but URB carts burn very smoothly, slowly and efficiently.

Regardless of cons, URB Finest Flowers still delivers a nice and mellow high

Disregarding the taste and the hardware on this cartridge, it still delivers good effects after a few puffs. If you haven’t tried Delta-8 THC before, it does give a slightly different sort of high than a regular THC cartridge would. First off, everyone’s high may vary and will probably be different. But in my experience, Delta 8 gives me a more mellow and quicker high. Not as strong as a potent THC carriage, but definitely delivers great effects. Sort of like a strong CBD cartridge that actually gets you high. With that, Urb 8 does deliver a pretty good high.

URB Delta 8 THC cartridges vs 3Chi Delta 8 cartridges

In comparison, I’d go with 3Chi Delta 8 carts over URB any day. Although the URB full gram cartridge is the same price as 3Chi half-gram carts, 3Chi still delivers more value and quality.

For one, the hardware they use is original CCELL, therefore it hits much better than URB carts. Also, the strain I picked up from 3Chi delivers great taste. For a full gram 3Chi cartridge, it’s currently $55, which is only $10 more from their half-gram. For only a $10 difference, I’d much go with 3Chi Delta 8 cartridges.

To conclude, Urb 8 Delta 8 THC cartridge is okay but could use some improvements

To sum up, if the URB Finest Flowers upgrades their cartridge hardware, they would be much better. The oil quality is good and the strength is fair, but the cartridge just hits too light. But regardless, these carts are still a good alternative to states that don’t sell recreation weed yet. I did find 3Chi to be better but hopefully, within the next few years, they make some improvements on the cartridge.

UPDATE 9/3/2020: Literally days after we made this post and planned reviews for several more delta-8 products, the DEA apparently changed the rules to ban delta-8 THC. Meanwhile, allegedly some companies are continuing to sell delta-8 and others are suing. The DEA seems like it’s trying to re-ban hemp, or chemicals derived from hemp, to the concern of our budding hemp derivatives industry. Honestly, the DEA itself seems a little fuzzy on the issue, which you might expect from federal oversight that insists on referring to cannabis as “marihuana” like we’re in the 1930s.

Bottom line: Our review here asserts delta-8 THC as being federally legal. Recent actions by the DEA may have changed that. Proceed with caution.

What exactly is the Delta 8 THC that’s in 3Chi’s cart?

To start, Delta8 THC is simply a form of cannabinoid found in hemp and hemp extracts. Although Delta 8 is chemically different from THC, they still have similar properties and effects. Delta-8 only comes in small amounts within the cannabis flower and is federally legal as well (legal in most states).

3Chi Delta-8 cartridges are surprisingly great in strength

At first, I didn’t know what to expect at all with the Delta 8 cart. Never having heard of them before, I was a little skeptical about it and unsure of its strength. But after taking a few hits, I was amazed at how good of a high it provides. Taking the first few hits, it didn’t feel as potent, or so I thought. The high crept in after a while of hitting, and the strength of these carts turned out to be great. Not nearly as potent as a quality cartridge you would pick up at a dispensary, but it’s definitely stronger than I anticipated.

Good oil quality, safe to smoke

For those skeptical about how safe it is to vape 3Chi Delta 8 THC, they provide legitimate lab results for each of their strains, as shown above. The oil in these cartridges claims to have no VG, PG, PEG, Vitamin E, MCT, or any other cutting agent.

Something I should mention is that on one of these lab results, they tested positive for a little bit of butane, propane, and other flammable chemicals. In minimall amounts, it is safe to consume and you shouldn’t have anything to worry about anything. But for those strict on what they consume, this is just something to keep in mind.

3Chi carts are very efficient, they use authentic CCELL hardware

A great quality I enjoy about these carts is how efficient they are. They use TH2 CCELL cartridges, a ceramic heating coil with a glass tank. The ceramic coil heats up great and I prefer the glass tank over the plastic tanks. CCELL is a well-known company that always delivers in quality, in my experience.

Another thing is because of its potency, you really don’t need to be hitting it consistently to get a good buzz. This helps a lot in conserving the oil and making it last. If anything, 3Chi’s website only recommends one puff per serving size/session. But if you’re like me, you’ll be taking way more hits than just one per session.

Decent taste, kind of harsh on the throat

The particular strain that we picked up is Jack Herer. Although this strain is known for its natural, flower/pine-like taste, this cartridge actually gives a slightly sweet taste. Not too sweet, but it did not taste piney at all. Nothing bad about the flavor or anything, it’s actually decent tasting.

Something I should mention is that these carts are a bit harsh when taking long hits. According to 3Chi, delta8 is a harsh cannabinoid, and they say not to exceed 3 seconds per puff. I doubt everyone will do this, but just know it may be normal for it to be slightly harsh if smoking consistently or for long durations.

Nice and mellow high, but not a lasting high

First off, a lot of people will say that Delta-8-THC gives you an amazing high that helps you stay focused, lucid, helps with concentration, and even motivation. People also say that the high does not give you any sort of anxiety and doesn’t give you the fogginess feeling of a regular high. I’m not going to say this is all true for everyone. Everybody will encounter different experiences with how it feels.

Furthermore, personally, these carts did give me a very relaxing high. Not nearly as potent as a quality THC cartridge, but still very mellow. Only thing is, the high on the effects don’t last very long. But because of this, the comedown of the high is actually smooth. This could be the non-foggy feeling a lot of people talk about.

Delta 8 THC cartridges are a great alternative to street carts

For those who may not have access to quality cartridges around their area, delta-8 may be a nice alternative to think about. First off, Delta-8 is federally legal and legal in most states, as mentioned earlier, but not every state. With that being said, if you’re surrounded by a bunch of fake or unregulated cartridges, 3Chi is probably the better choice. Because of how uncertain unregulated cartridges are, even if they are ‘legit’, you don’t always know what’s in them. And with many fake cartridges growing and expanding more, even the unregistered brands are getting replicated. If I had to choose, I’d much prefer 3Chi Delta8 over a skeptical cartridge any day.

Update: November 15, 2020- Price of cartridge

When first reviewed, this cartridge was priced at $40. Currently, they are $24.99, which is a huge difference and a great value. Nearly half off, we aren’t sure how long this deal will be. Hopefully, if you’re reading this the price is still at that.

Concluding our 3Chi Delta THC cartridge review

The price of these half gram delta8 carts is $40, which is not bad of a price at all. They use great hardware, are very efficient, and really do deliver decent strength and effects. This probably isn’t something I’d personally pick up consistently, I’d prefer a regular, potent THC cartridge.

But maybe you’re in a state where recreational tax is expensive, or perhaps all you can find is street carts. Here in IL, prices for half gram cartridges currently go for around $50-$60, and that’s before tax. Along with that, there still are many off-brand cartridges flooding the black market, therefore this may be a better alternative. You can learn more about 3Chi Delta cartridges here.

TRE House Delta-8 Pre-Rolls Review – Affordable and Euphoric Joints

We are back with another TRE House review made possible by Ethereal Gold Dispensary. I reviewed their cookie, and now they sent me some prerolls to try out. I gave their Delta-9 cookie a perfect score, so they’ve got a big reputation to live up to! TRE House sent over some Rainbow Runtz and Acapulco Gold rolled in Kief. The prerolls are of the Delta-8 variety, and each roll was packed with a ½ gram of the green stuff in each of the five rolls the pack comes with. I gave each strain a proper try, and I definitely have some good things to say (and some not-so-good things):

Enjoyable effects
Packed with euphoria
Convenient packaging
Super affordable

Cons:

Not enough info about strains on packaging
Fast burn

Recommendations: Some additional info on the packaging would be great

Packaging is fun and nostalgic but lacks some information

TRE House excels in packaging. Their illustrations on the prerolls look like the doodles any bored middle school kid would draw in their notebook and it triggers a fun sense of nostalgia when looking at the containers. The packaging has most of the information you need, besides info on the strain. It doesn’t tell you if it’s a Hybrid, Sativa, or Indica. Nor, does the package tell you the breakdown of percentages.

Both strains are euphoric, but the joints burn fast

When I opened up Rainbow Runtz I wasn’t met with a super loud/skunky smell. It had a faint aroma that was really sweet and fruity. Each preroll is covered with a lot of kief, but it doesn’t weigh down the preroll or make it harder to smoke as I’ve seen with other prerolls.

The preroll itself has a fruity taste and is very smooth. The joint burns evenly, but it does burn a bit fast, so don’t expect a slow session. I definitely got sufficiently blasted and felt a nice airy high that was heavy in euphoria and energy. Basically, I didn’t feel like I’d be a couch potato after smoking this one.

As far as Acapulco Gold, it was the opposite of Rainbow Runtz. The smell of these prerolls was a lot louder than the Rainbow Runtz. It’s a lot skunkier and had a woody fragrance that hits you in the face when you open the bottle. By the smell alone I knew that this would be a heavier high. The smoke for these prerolls was a lot thicker and it took me only 2-3 hits before I started feeling pretty heavy-eyed. This strain is definitely headier than the Rainbow Runtz, so opt for this one if that’s what you’re looking for.

Koi Delta-8 Gummies Hometown Hero Sour Belts

I recently received a delightful package from Ethereal Gold Dispensary. I totally loved the three strains of flower I received. You’ll find a separate review of them. I particularly loved the Hometown Hero, Raygum flower. But I have to be honest here, the Hometown Hero, Sour Beltz Delta 8 gummies were too much for me.

Pros:

Great high
The gummies taste nice

Cons:

The belts are a bit too sour

Maybe too sour but the buzz is great

The gyrations I went through after putting half a belt of sour strawberry in my mouth were spastic. It reminded me of the epic scene with Sheen in a Jimmy Neutron cartoon, where Sheen is bragging that they haven’t invented a sour too sour for him. After nearly wincing his face off from the sour vile he swallowed he announces that he stands corrected.

Sour Beltz ($40.00) are Sheen level sour. The buzz is fantastic, heady and an intense body high, or perhaps low. But I can’t handle the sour. I wouldn’t order these gummies, but I recruited some friends to try the Sour Beltz. They loved them!

Koi gummies taste delightful

The Koi Delta 8 gummies ($29.99) they sent are more palatable. I got the watermelon flavored. The taste is very mild but delightful enough that you would like to eat the whole jar like candy, but 1 cube is enough for a mellow, still rock-my-day kind of vibe. The Sour Beltz are a much more intense high. I’ll stick to my flower though, I don’t choose to consume edible products with corn syrup in them.
