Fake Heavy Hitters cartridges are everywhere. Shady vendors across the country sell them all the time and they buy them directly from China. The problem with fake Heavy Hitters is they are harder to identify than fake Brass Knuckles.
Update 10/8/2018: Real Heavy Hitters tests dirty again. See vape pen pesticides, strength, and residual solvents test page.
Update 02/09/2019: Companies producing fake Heavy Hitters.
A Heavy Hitters cartridge is considered a fake when it contains oil that was not made by the actual company, Heavy Hitters. In China, companies make cartridges with Heavy Hitters branding, logos, and packaging. We are not sure if the real company is able to pursue any of the Chinese makers legally, because there might not be a trademark since technically Heavy Hitters is a federally illegal product.
The problem with Heavy Hitters is even real ones have had pesticide issues. Supposedly now it is clean, but see our vape pen pesticides, strength, and residual solvents test page.
The problem with spotting fake Heavy Hitters is they look the same as the real ones.

Here are the product specs for Heavy Hitters cartridges:

So are the fake ones even toxic??? Did you not test any of them for this article? Or maybe once again China is doing everything better and cheaper than the US – probably got more reliable testing over there!
China does nothing better they only do it cheaper and that’s why it’s worse….
You mean how they tested for Covid? No, its not really a matter of what they do to a Heavy Hitters cart, its their INTENT. And they do not have healthy intentions towards us.
Ive seen fake HH carts that are strains that they dont make.
u jus gotta hit that bitch and see wasup
Ny is flooded with all bootleg brand name vapes. Alot of crap, watch what you smoke.
Just smoke real weed. Lol
but carts are so easy!
The idiot that wrote this article just gave contact info to buy fake heavy hitters. So anybody that wants to start distributing fakes just got a free plug ???? DUMBASS
It’s not like anyone could not just look that up on DHgate right?
Bahaha word is bond hahahahagaggag
I just got some fake heavy hitters top.. first thing I do is flip it over and see if the bubbles move. Even if its warm it moves super slow.
Since China doesn’t have THC what’s in the tops..
Oh the fakes are just filled by other people than Heavy Hitters. Even for HH, their hardware is made in China. Some people might put good oil in there, some might put bad. There just won’t be as much consistency.
Give us photos of real and fake ones so we can compare our carts. Why would you not?
Right cause I wanna see this
What a joke it is to suggest all Heavy Hitter carts from legal dispensaries are legit product. They’re not. Dispensary owners are absolutely the ones allowing fake product to leak back into the legal California market. I have purchased fake Heavy Hitter cartridges at an “authorized retailer” in Palm Springs, yet the California Bureau of Cannabis control seems to be completely in the dark about fake carts sold in “legal” dispensaries, as well as in the dark about the fact flat packaging and empty carts are sold on eBay in 1000 piece lots. The criminals are already so far ahead of the BCC I wouldn’t trust a vape cart from ANY retailer in California. This problem is widespread, yet the industry has yet to respond.
or you can just check their website @ heavyhitters.co and look at the retailers and find out who’s legit and who’s not.
Wish more companies would do this!
