SUMMARY | 7.1 OVERALL SCORE |
I recently got the chance to try the Planet Blue Sativa 1-gram carts from Galaxy Treats. I was very excited to try this product in particular because it combines a variety of different cannabinoids to make the resin. This product combines Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 THC, THC-O, and HHC into one cartridge. I was very interested to find out what this mix would feel like.
Pros:
- 510 Thread
- Good value
- An interesting blend of cannabinoidsÂ
Cons:
- Doesn’t quite provide that shoot you to the moon high
Recommendations: Some improvements to the strength would be nice
Birthday soda
Upon trying it, the first thing I noticed was the flavor of the cartridge. It felt like it was somewhere between birthday cake and cream soda. Honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect here but it was pretty good. Now I think I thought the mix of different cannabinoids would make me get higher, but I do not think that was the case or the intention. I immediately felt the familiar lifting feeling Sativa gives me but it was never too intense and that I think is the great part about this cartridge.
Long pulls
Sativas although generally causing euphoric head highs I think sometimes can make me feel a bit jittery or anxious. This really didn’t have that effect. It actually has the kind of sneak up on you high where you think you didn’t feel it and then you blink and you missed the whole episode. With that said the smoothness when you pull definitely adds to this. I don’t think this made me cough at all which absolutely led to me being able to take longer pulls.
Euphoric and energetic
I definitely felt a bit of an energy boost on it as well which I really enjoyed. It almost feels like it would be impossible to get too high on this actually because it almost just plateaus at a certain point which I found very interesting. One thing I think would have liked is if it gave me a little more of the euphoric everything is funny kind of feeling. I tend to like indices over Sativas, except for that part. I always have the best moments of finding something absolutely hysterical when using Sativa products and I just didn’t get that feeling this time.
Concluding this review
Overall the Planet Blue Sativa cartridges were pretty good. The appearance is relatively standard for a 510 threaded cartridge. The flavor is pretty solid. I still am not quite sure whether it wants to taste more like birthday cake or ice cream soda but either way, it’s good. This was also able to help relax me as I worked on creating more songs. I really like taking a hit right before I record because it feels like it allows me to flow a little more freely without being so in my own head. While I like how balanced this specific cartridge is I kind of like the chaos of products that get you super high. I think it is one that I would love to have if I am doing a job or I am at an event where I am still interacting with other people. Overall I’d give this cartridge a 7 out of 10 for being just enough without ever becoming too much.
