SUMMARY | 9 OVERALL SCORE |
Today for our vaping session, we will be trying out Ancient Roots Dablicator. I would recommend anyone who likes Cannabis concentrates or vape carts or even edibles to try this Ancient Roots Live Hash Rosin Dablicator. The flavor is amazing and the effects are good too. I deeply enjoy concentrates like this live rosin. Live hash rosin is pretty much the best concentrate, according to myself and many stories I’ve read and heard from others. The fact that they only use heat and pressure to make the rosin appeals to a lot of people. I’m not sure how they decarboxylate that live hash rosin, to put it into this Dablicator, but Ancient Roots seems to know what they’re doing because I have been loving this stuff so far.
It’s versatile, too. I have been taking dabs of it out of my Crossing Core electronic rig, and I also put some in the empty vape cart that came with the Next Sesh Woke Vaporizer, which works with temperature control in that vaporizer, and I could also use it as an edible, since the THCA has been converted to THC. The Dablicator is conveniently easy to use, too. It’s much easier than the standard glass syringes that I’ve had other concentrates in the past.
Pros:
- Top Shelf item = High Quality
- State maximum allowed THC percentage (70%)
- Awesome flavor and effects
- Easy and convenient to use
Cons:
- On the more expensive side
- Counts for two allowance days (rounds up from about 1.2 days to 2 full days)
Recommendations: None
Squared Away (Hybrid)
I chose this strain because I prefer Indica or hybrid leaning strains, and this was the only strain available in the Dablicator. I heard at the dispensary the other day, that Ancient Roots had been on a hiatus or something, and I hadn’t seen any concentrates from them available for the last couple of months or so. I’ve only bought a couple of things from them in the past because they are priced on the higher side. Their quality is known to be high, and I have been happy with everything I’ve tried from them so far. This was my first time trying this strain or this cultivator. I was really impressed with the box and overall packaging. They give you a lot of details about the terpene content and cannabinoids and everything.
Amazing flavor and effects!
I like the flavor of this concentrate! It’s also convenient to be able to use this concentrate as dabs, in a vape cart, or as an edible like RSO. At a lower temperature in the vape cart, the flavor is pleasantly subtle, but in a dab, the flavor is more intense and overpowering. I’m not very good at describing flavors and scents, but this definitely has a nice, sweet undertone, and a hint of diesel fuel. Since the terpene content is listed, I can see that the main terpenes are Limonene, Caryophyllene, and Myrcene. I know Limonene with its citrus flavor and smell, and Caryophyllene is the compound found in black pepper, basil, and oregano, with a funky warmth similar to cinnamon and cloves. I also know that Linalool is the terpene found in lavender. Myrcene is generally the terpene found in Indica leaning strains.
Similar Cannabis products for comparison:
There are so many brands of concentrates nowhere! As far as specifically a dispenser that has a sauce mixed with distillate, I’m not sure if there are other options. I’ve been getting the Cresco live concentrates lately, and enjoying those. I’ve been meaning to try these Ancient Roots live rosin Dablicator dispensers too, but I haven’t seen them in stock at the dispensaries around me lately. I have been enjoying these sales at the dispensaries lately too.
Concluding this review
I thoroughly enjoyed this Ancient Roots Squared Away live hash rosin concentrate dablicator! In my opinion, this is one of the best Cannabis products that I have had so far. The only complaints I have so far are just that it takes two of your allowance days. I am still a little suspicious about how they can decarboxylate the concentrate without losing the natural terpenes, but I have faith that it’s just over my head. The flavor and effects have been really enjoyable, and Ancient Roots is one of my favorite cultivators that I’ve tried.
