Today we will take a closer look at Yocan Falcon Mini, the newest portable electronic nectar collector from Yocan Tech. Yocan Tech currently also offers a wide selection of dry herb, oil, and concentrate vaporizers on their website. We have previously reviewed several of their products, including their Evolve 2.0, Uni Pro, Armor, Vane, Trio, Stix, Rex, and Lux. The full retail price for the Yocan Falcon Mini kit currently runs for $44.99 on their website. We will detail our experience objectively as always in our non-affiliate reviews. For this review, let’s dissect their new Falcon Mini Neon Glow Vaporizer.

Although advertised as the much simplified, pocket-sized version of the Yocan Falcon 6-in-1 vaporizer, the Yocan Mini feels like an updated, more streamlined design of the
Lookah Seahorse Pro with its transparent atomizer tube. In fact, the compact size of the Falcon Mini is roughly similar to their previous Falcon 6-in-1 wax pen without its bubbler, but with a slightly longer XTAL tip. When first opening the kit, you will find the Yocan Mini unit, which is already assembled. As well as a micro-USB charging cable and instruction manual. The unit features a built-in 650 mAh battery with three voltage settings (3.2v, 3.7v, 4.2v) and two operating modes (manual and session mode). Pressing the power button twice activates session mode while holding the power button activates manual mode. Using this device felt extremely smooth at the lowest setting, while it felt surprisingly strong at the highest setting. While not as versatile as the Lookah Seahorse Pro, the Falcon Mini feels more efficient than the Stache ConNectar and the Little Dipper from Dip Devices. While the battery life of the Mini seems to last as long as the Little Dipper, the Falcon Mini feels stronger than the Little Dipper. Likewise, the Falcon Mini also doesn’t work with 510-threaded cartridges.
This electronic nectar collector features flashing neon glowing lights that rotate color, which can be seen through the transparent atomizer tube when activated. The neon glowing feature of this nectar collector along with the ability to see your vapor through the window of the atomizer tube adds up to a visually appealing aesthetic. The Falcon Mini is also safer to use than other similar electronic nectar collectors. Other electronic nectar collectors use hollow ceramic tips or titanium coil tips. You are more likely to burn yourself with saucier consistencies. However, the XTAL tip for the Mini is made of crushed quartz. Which efficiently absorbs most live resin concentrates with minimal spillage.

Although less sturdy than the Huni Badger, The Falcon Mini isn’t as expensive as the Huni Badger. Comparing the two, the hollow ceramic tip for Huni Badger allows for better vapor production, which produces bigger clouds. Although the Little Dipper is cheaper than the Yocan Falcon Mini, the transparent atomizer tube allows for better airflow and circulation than the Little Dipper. On the other hand, I would recommend the Yocan Falcon Mini over the similarly priced Stache ConNectar. Stache ConNectar gets easily clogged more often and quickly with its much narrower mouthpiece. The magnetic transparent atomizer tube makes it also easier to clean and maintain than the Stache ConNectar. All you need to worry about is the transparent atomizer tube, which can be soaked in alcohol. Then, wipe down the internal battery portion and any residue on the ceramic part of the tip.
Ultimately, the Falcon Mini is my favorite new portable electronic nectar collector. It has an ingenious design, excellent airflow, and superb flavor at a fair price. In addition, Mini is more efficient and easier to clean than other similar portable electronic nectar collectors. Such as the Stache ConNectar and the Little Dipper. Furthermore, it’s much less expensive than the Huni Badger. You can purchase the Yocan Falcon Mini Neon Glow Vaporizer, which is available in six different colors (black, silver, red, green, apple green, and blue) on their official website here.
