Vape cartridges and batteries can both fail. Sometimes it’s just a bad point of contact and nothing is really broken. Here we go through the first thing to do when your battery is flashing on your vape cartridge and it seems to be broken.
This applies to threaded batteries that are not using a magnetic adapter. Here we specifically used the Vessel battery
in our demonstration video below.This same technique works on other batteries as well. A cart can be dead and a battery can fail, but try this before you start trying to figure out if something is broken. Another common fix on mod and wax pen batteries is adjusting the center pin.

I've done all the troubleshooting such as raising the center plate, loosening the cartridge, cleaned both the battery and cartridge threads, and the light turns on and doesn't flash but it's not heating up but it's not the cartridge I've tested it on a different battery but I can't seem to figure out the problem. It's fully charged and I've gotten rid of the flashing light but now it won't heat up, what should I do?
my ooze twist pen is fully charged and only flashes when i put a cartridge on it
My battery flashes white when it isn’t charged but I charged it and it flashes red then it stays on but then it turns off. At first I thought it was the connection and I lifted the center plate because the last time it wouldn’t heat up or charge and it fixed but I screwed it back on and it still won’t heat up or charge and it keeps blinking white when inhale.

i have a cart, and it’s been working just fine until today. this morning i realized when i hit it, the light doesn’t stay on as long as it normally does. then my battery died so i charged it for a bit and put my cart in but when i held the button it started blinking, when i took the cart out and pressed the button the battery was working fine. the small piece on the bottom of the cart came out but i found it and put it back, i thought that could have something to do with it but it’s in exactly how it was before. do you know how i could fix this?

That might be a bad battery and not fixable
i would see if its under warranty and try to get a replacement
