Schackow Live Rosin Badder Review – Exceptional Quality and Taste

Share

Today we will take a look at Schackow Solventless live rosin badder from Schackow Farms, which is quickly gaining popularity among connoisseurs and casual users alike. We have previously reviewed their fresh press live rosin here. Schackow Farms uses sun-grown flower single-sourced from their farms for their fresh frozen concentrates, including their live rosin. Specifically, I will look at three different strains of their live rosin badder that I picked up this week. For this review, I’ll take a look at the pros and cons of live rosin badder from Schackow Farms.

Pros:

  • Exceptional quality
  • Solid potency/effects
  • Excellent taste
  • Very smooth
  • Best value for live rosin badder

Cons:

  • None

Recommendations: The flavor of Sour Diesel Lemon could be improved.

Sour Diesel Lemon wasn’t quite as tasty as Garlic Cookies and Peanut Butter Breath

This week, I picked up Sour Diesel Lemon, which is believed to be a Sativa dominant hybrid cross between California Sour and Lost Coast OG. Sour Diesel Lemon has a sweet, floral, and earthy aroma that tastes like lemon, pine, and fuel. The effects felt uplifting, energizing, and focused yet slightly relaxing after some blissful euphoria felt on the onset. The dominant terpenes of Sour Diesel Lemon are listed as myrcene and caryophyllene. Although I enjoyed the potency of Sour Diesel Lemon, the flavor wasn’t quite as tasty as the other two strains I picked up this week. The THC % of Sour Diesel Lemon is 68.99% and the CBD % is 0.01%.

Just as tasty as the live rosin concentrates from Have Hash, Punch Extracts, and West Coast Cure

The other strain I picked up was Garlic Cookies, which is an Indica dominant hybrid cross between Chemdawg and GSC. Garlic Cookies has an earthy, spicy, and skunky aroma that tastes like garlic, diesel, and coffee. The effects of Garlic Cookies feel euphoric, relaxing, and focused. It’s ideal for late afternoons and/or for a post-workout session. The dominant terpenes of Garlic Cookies are listed as caryophyllene, limonene, and myrcene. This live rosin badder felt just as tasty as the live rosin concentrates from Have Hash

, Punch Extracts, and West Coast Cure. The THC % of Garlic Cookies is 66.18% and the CBD % is 0.00%.

Almost as tasty and potent as Feeling Frosty, 11:11 Cannabis Company and Cali Stripe Concentrates at a better overall value

Finally, my favorite of the three strains I picked up was Peanut Butter Breath. Peanut Butter Breath has a creamy, nutty, and spicy aroma that tastes like peanut butter with hints of pine, diesel, and earth. The effects of Peanut Butter Breath felt euphoric, relaxing, and sedative as it is perfect for evenings and late-night sessions. The dominant terpenes of Peanut Butter Breath are listed as caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool. The THC % of Peanut Butter Breath is 65.11% and the CBD % is 0.00%.

Check out the lab results here: Peanut Butter Breath, Sour Diesel Lemon, Garlic Cookies.

The retail price for Schackow Farms is usually around 50-60 for a gram, pre-tax. The retail for Schackow Farms fresh press live rosin is usually around $65 for a gram, pre-tax.

Overall, Schackow Farms’ live rosin badder is almost as tasty and potent as the live rosin badder from Feeling Frosty, 11:11 Cannabis Company, and Cali Stripe Concentrates, at a slightly more affordable value.

We find Schackow Farms live rosin badder has great quality and potency

In conclusion, Shackahow live rosin badder is equally just as tasty and potent in terms of quality, potency, and flavor as their fresh press live rosin. In addition, its exceptional quality, solid potency/effects, and excellent taste are available at a slightly lower price than their fresh press, which felt slightly more potent. Overall, I would definitely recommend both the live rosin badder and fresh press live rosin from Schackow Farms. It’s quickly gaining popularity among connoisseurs and casual users alike.

This live rosin badder also felt just as tasty as the live rosin concentrates from Have Hash, Punch Extracts, and West Coast Cure. However, the live rosin concentrates from Feeling Frosty, 11:11 Cannabis Company, and Cali Stripe Concentrates were slightly tastier and more potent than Schachow Farms. My favorite of the three live rosin badders from Schackow Farms was Peanut Butter Breath. My least favorite was Sour Diesel Lemon, which was not quite as tasty as the other two strains. Schackow Farms currently offers live rosin badder and fresh press live rosin throughout select dispensaries in California.
